Great fireplace / grill. Mostly clean facilities, functioning water.
I haven't been to live oak in a long time and I was quite impressed. The bathroom faculties were really clean and plentiful. There aren't a lot of level spots for tents but you can find at least one in each campsite. The campfire rings are good and the tables are plentiful at each site. We did have quite a few yellow jackets buzzing around in the morning. This is a good jumping off spot for rock city and a fairly challenging hike to the summit.
Great little campground on Mt Diablo with fire pits and bathrooms. Has fun hiking trails around and is a great place for road biking.
Nice clean bathrooms with running water and mirrors. Attached to the restroom building on the outside are a couple sinks with countertop space, which is great for cleaning. Also great exploring opportunities for kids right around the campsites.
