The rating should be 3.5 stars. Nothing bad to report. But, I hope Costco can illuminate the two entrances so that it would be easier to locate at night.
Love Costco. This store is the typical experience. Is often crowded, but not as bad as other locations. Very accommodating on returns. Of course I often end up buying more than I intended or need.
And their pumpkin pie is the best tasting.
We had the unfortunate event of blowing a tire while on a road trip. The closest tire shop and only one open was Costco. I’m so glad this is where we ended up going! I must say Will and his team in the tire shop had empathy for our situation, gave us all of our options and took great care of us! We definitely received 5 star customer care! Thank you!!
Best Costco at San Ramon. Friendly staff and huge collection of whatever you expect from Costco. Parking is plenty and always park next to the tire center for easy access.
I just love Costco prices and quality !
