I was disappointed with the service. I told the attendant that I was new and not familiar with their services. I wanted my upholstery cleaned and car wash and wax. After he ran up my bill and handed me a ticket, I couldn't read without my glasses. I was shocked when I got inside to pay. My bill was almost $350 without a tip. So I was too embarrassed to say anything, but was expecting a lot for that price. I expected too much. The deep conditioning on my dash missed the corners and a large strip across the glove box. The wash and wax left streaks on my car doors, the tire detail left oily looking spots on my plastic hubcaps, which I pointed out, but wasn't corrected. The passenger window had spots because they rolled the window down before they dried it good. The carpet looked great, like new($90). The upholstery was much improved ($90). If you go here, check the pricing first, so you don't get sticker shock like I did.
Not worth the $40 + tip! I could have had my neighbors 10 year old do it for $5 and have gotten a better job!
The did an okay job, but for the price I was expecting there to not be leaves stashed near my windshields or bird poop stains remaining. Attention to detail was very poor. My car looked as if they didn't even try to vacuum my seats or wipe my screen display. I was surprised when they told me it'll be a 15 minute wait for my "The Works" wash. They rushed the wash, but did shampoo my carpets very well. I wouldn't waste time with this one when there are cheaper options for the same quality....
I ordered "supreme wash" for $31.99 and was very happy with it. They did an excellent job!
Best car wash I know of, and they're fast. But, prices have gone up...
