We went there for breakfast this morning and ordered omelettes with side of bacon and some pastries. We had the almond/peach scone and it was amazing. I am a chef and know great, real food when I taste it. This is the real deal and everything is homemade! Totally worth it and can't wait to come back for lunch and dinner! Ambiance is inviting and decor beautiful! Coffee is even organic! Good stuff!!

Update: improved friendliness, atmosphere, and process for dinner. Absolutely exceptional food.

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner Saturday night. We had the Tuna dinner, garden burger, Beehive dessert. The food was delicious! I highly recommend it for breakfast too.

Good food, very nice location and ambiance.

Five star food - excellent breakfast menu for every kind of eater. Recommend breakfast salad, avocado toast. But order at the counter service, feels chaotic. Could be improved, but it's great if you know what to expect.

This place deserves a 4 star minimum, the food is great, the cafe itself is super welcoming and the staff are awesome (young guy called Connor - I think - is brilliant). BUT and for me, this is important - their coffee is average at best. There is not much competition in town (maybe that's why there is complacency in the coffee space) so there is an opportunity to take advantage of this. There is a lack of knowledge around coffee (I have to explain what either a flat white is or if that fails a wet cappuccino or if that fails I try for a Gibraltar), they make the milk molten hot, the coffee to milk ratio is all over the show and even the small takeaway cups can't fit the lids (brand these smaller cups as well) If they can just tweak this and start producing coffee like or if not better than Sideboard then they will be away laughing. People like me (and I'm probably not alone) will come for the coffee but buy bread, cakes, breakfast etc. Good luck and please get your coffee on point :)
